The bankruptcy law requires that you complete a 60-90 minute credit counseling session with an EOUST-approved provider, such as Summit Financial Education.

Our course is broken down into two main parts:

- Part 1 is an on-line, self-service course that guides you through a debt and budget analysis and presents you with information about your alternatives for dealing with your debt.

- Part 2 is a follow-up session with a certified credit counselor to ensure that you have received adequate counseling. This can be done via Email, OnLine Chat, or Telephone.

Your Certificate of Credit Counseling is issued immediately upon completion of both parts of the course.
